Do you feel self-conscious when you smile? Are you shy when smiling for photos or when socializing with friends? We can help! Chipped, broken, or discolored teeth, uneven gaps, and naturally misshapen teeth can affect your smile's aesthetics and make it seem displeasing. At Colorado Wellness Dentistry, we work with you to address your concerns and improve your smile. The services we offer include crowns, veneers, teeth whitening, composite bonding, and soft tissue profiling.
Cosmetic dentistry improves the look of your smile and the functionality of your mouth by restoring the teeth to their original state. Visit our office, and our highly experienced dentists will work with you to get the smile you want.
We offer in-office procedures or take-home tooth whitening kits to help address stained, dark, or discolored teeth.
Dental veneers are thin porcelain shells that fit over the front surface of the teeth. During the procedure, your dentist gently files down your teeth' enamel, and impressions of the teeth are taken. The impressions are then sent to a dental lab and used to fabricate custom veneers. Temporary veneers will be placed until the permanent veneers are ready. Veneers can be the best option for patients with dark stains that do not go away with bleaching or chipped or fractured front teeth.
Bioclear Composite Restoration Teeth that are chipped or broken from external trauma can affect the entire smile. The same is true for naturally misshapen teeth. Composite bonding can be used to restore and improve the appearance and stability of chipped, broken, or misshapen teeth. During the procedure, several layers of tooth-colored composite resin are applied to the existing teeth and then sculpted and contoured to restore or improve the smile. Crowns are ceramic restorations used to restore cracked, broken, misshapen, or severely decayed teeth. During the procedure, your dentist will prep the tooth by removing any decay and excess tooth material. In some cases, a crown build-up will be needed to ensure there is enough material to attach the restoration. Impressions will then be taken and sent to a lab to fabricate the final crown. In the interim, a temporary crown will be placed. When back from the lab, the final crown will be seated using a permanent cement that will fuse to the original tooth structure.
A bridge is a multi-unit ceramic restoration used to replace a missing tooth or teeth. During this procedure, the surrounding teeth will be prepped in the same way as an individual crown. Impressions will then be taken and sent to a lab to fabricate a custom bridge. In the interim, a temporary bridge will be placed, and, when back from the lab, the final bridge will be cemented in place.
Dental implants replace missing or severely damaged teeth that cannot be restored using a crown or bridge. They are titanium anchors placed into the jawbone and are concealed underneath the gum line. They are then connected to an artificial tooth or implant crown. For more information, click here.
Composite fillings are used to treat cavities and are color-matched to the existing tooth. Decay will be removed during the procedure, and the cavity will be filled using a composite resin.
In addition to these services, we offer soft tissue profiling, periodontal therapy, root canal treatment, and dental cleanings.
