A less-invasive alternative to veneers or crowns on front teeth to improve esthetics and/or function. Whether you are self-conscious about your smile because of chipped, fractured, or discolored teeth, have spaces or unsightly “black triangles” between your teeth, or your teeth have worn away due to excessive grinding or a medical condition, The Bioclear Method is a way to address these concerns without excessive removal of healthy tooth structure, as is done with traditional crown preparations.
- Teeth Whitening
We offer in-office procedures or take-home tooth whitening kits to help address stained, dark, or discolored teeth.
- Dental Veneers
Dental veneers are thin porcelain shells that fit over the front surface of the teeth. During the procedure, your dentist gently files down your teeth’ enamel, and impressions of the teeth are taken. The impressions are then sent to a dental lab and used to fabricate custom veneers. Temporary veneers will be placed until the permanent veneers are ready. Veneers can be the best option for patients with dark stains that do not go away with bleaching or chipped or fractured front teeth.
- Crowns and Bridges
Crowns are ceramic restorations used to restore cracked, broken, misshapen, or severely decayed teeth. During the procedure, your dentist will prep the tooth by removing any decay and excess tooth material. In some cases, a crown build-up will be needed to ensure there is enough material to attach the restoration. Impressions will then be taken and sent to a lab to fabricate the final crown. In the interim, a temporary crown will be placed. When back from the lab, the final crown will be seated using a permanent cement that will fuse to the original tooth structure.
A bridge is a multi-unit ceramic restoration used to replace a missing tooth or teeth. During this procedure, the surrounding teeth will be prepped in the same way as an individual crown. Impressions will then be taken and sent to a lab to fabricate a custom bridge. In the interim, a temporary bridge will be placed, and, when back from the lab, the final bridge will be cemented in place.
- Dental Implants
Dental implants replace missing or severely damaged teeth that cannot be restored using a crown or bridge. They are surgically-placed anchors in the jawbone and are concealed underneath the gum line. They are then connected to an artificial tooth or implant crown.
In addition to these services, we offer soft tissue profiling, periodontal therapy, root canal treatment, and dental cleanings. Sensitive to dental materials? Click here.
